  • Your name & phone number.
  • If applicable, your group's name & web page address.
  • Title of game ("The Wizard's Tower", "Revenge of the Red Dragon", etc).
  • Name of the game rules (D&D, Warhammer, etc).
  • Brief description of scenario/adventure.
  • Preferred start time.
  • Approximate running time.
  • Space needed (example: 1 table for 6 players).
  • Min/max number of players.
  • Player age range, if any.
  • If applicable, average character level.
  • Are pre-generated characters supplied?
  • Any special rules or limitations.
